Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you don't find your answers here, please feel free to contact us at

How long for delivery?

Turnaround is guaranteed within 2 business days from time we receive both payment and images.

Do I need professional images?

Yes!  This is the best way to the best results, and a professional real estate photographer knows how to take the best angles to present a room.

Do I need a floor plan?

No, but if you have one, please send it to give a better idea of layout and configuration.  If you are sending an image of a very large room, please provide approximate dimensions so virtual furniture will suit the size.

Do I get to choose the décor?

You can let us know whether the room is to be staged as a living room, family room, media / entertainment area or bedroom but we will stage it accordingly. Our experienced staging experts make the best decisions to attract potential buyers to sell the property in as short a time frame as possible.

What if the clients don’t like the staging?

We will redo the staging free of charge if no offer has been received within 30 days; however if they would like to make changes before then, a fee of 50% of the full price will be charged.

Is Virtual Staging worth it compared to physical staging?

Physical staging can start at $5000 for a simple house and upwards to $15000 and beyond for luxury properties.  Our services are offered at the fraction of these costs, and the greatest advantage is the speed of turnaround, without the need of consultations, delivery, placement and removal of physical furniture.

Does it make a difference?

Absolutely!  More than 90% of buyers begin online and visual impressions are your first and sometimes only chance to grab their attention.  Vacant properties are lacklustre and don’t offer the buyer the potential of the space available.  Virtual staging is fast, efficient and increases perceived value of the property, as well as drawing more traffic to the agent’s website and open houses.
